We always welcome walk-ins for both brunch and dinner, subject to availability. However, if your preferred time isn’t showing, feel free to give us a call 03 9417 5794 or email bookings@thefitz.com.au and we’ll be happy to double-check availability for you.
Our rooftop bar is open from Friday to Sunday. Boozy brunch bookings are available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays and must be booked in advance.

One of Fitzroy’s favourite outdoor spots, our street-side terrace puts you right in the heart of Brunswick Street. Shaded by our iconic Sycamore tree and surrounded by the energy of Fitzroy, it captures the essence of Melbourne's vibrant café culture.

Rooftop Lounge
Step into our Rooftop Lounge, where cosy fireplaces, sweeping windows and a relaxed atmosphere come together above the streets of Fitzroy. With two fireplaces, central heating and all-weather features, it’s the perfect spot for drinks, dinner, date nights or catching up with friends, whatever the season.
Rooftop Terrace
Our Rooftop Terrace is an open-air Fitzroy escape designed for long lunches, drinks and laid-back celebrations. With a retractable roof, gas heaters, lush greenery and sky views, it’s made for year-round rooftop dining, casual catch-ups and cocktail-style events.
Large Bookings Enquiries
Large bookings are suited to casual group gatherings and smaller celebrations, including dinner parties, cocktail events, hens/bachelorette parties, birthdays and similar occasions.
This option requires a $200 deposit with no minimum spend and includes a 3-hour booking duration. Available for groups of 20–50 guests maximum.
